    Rooms too dim!!! Hard to maneuver in low light, especially for the elderly. Disappointing that the room wasn't ready at check-in despite the price!!!

    Everything was superb during 2 days, enjoyed its prime location close enough to Shin-Osaka station, Kansai airport and most local attractions. The triple room was huge and had a laptop-compatible safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice here. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff plus the breakfast was marvellous...

    Some people working there were not experienced.

    Helpful and polite staff, everything from taxi bookings to special requests was managed with attention. The spacious room featured an excellent bathing facility. The quick fill time was a notable convenience. Breakfast was particularly good, especially the excellent variety of bread, although more seating options in public areas would enhance the overall comfort.

    Staying here. The spacious room offered great views and was beautifully decorated. The location in the Umeda district was perfect for exploring, with plenty of attractions and shopping options nearby. One highlight was the stunning lobby, which added a luxurious atmosphere to our stay.

    The staff was highly courteous. the unit was well-appointed and large, with coffee & tea making machines and fridges. the bathroom had a bidet. the pool area is covered. the location on the river is incredible. What a wonderful stay!
